Deckbox arrived completely smashed it has been over 10 days and customer support will not help keeps calling it a binder. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend they hire customer support who is familiar with the product and not out sourced from a 3rd world country…

I personally own probably 10 different Gamegenic boxes and wanted to give VaultX deck boxes a try. It seems very high quality, which is not surprising given the quality of the VaultX binders. Looking forward to seeing it personally stress tested.
VaultX sideloading deck holder is great and the magnets are really satisfying. Issues I had with the product were responded to in a timely manner. I will be a repeat customer for all my deck boxes and folders.

Got it in the royal blue I’ve been wanting! So stoked they finally came back in stock! I love these darn things! May pick up another on payday! Maybe a binder bc I’ve been needing one!
The boxes feel amazing and fit both Pokemon and MTG seamlessly. The only downside is that with double sleeves the box will be STUFFED, I use a single box for max rarity double sleeved Pokemon + 40 Card pre-release single sleeve decks, and the fit is very snug but not suffocating.

Can't get in touch with Customer service. When i placed the order, it was sent to the wrong house. Tired changing address within five minutes of ordering items, it would not let me update shipping address. Was told that it was already fulfilled and no changes can be made.
