Shipping policy

All orders to the United States and Canada are shipped using a standard delivery service. 

Order for in-stock products are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During periods of increased demand, including holidays, promotional events, or limited product launches, processing and shipping times may take longer. 

Estimated delivery dates and shipping timelines are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping date and, where required by applicable law, provide you with the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

If your order has not arrived within seven business days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact our support team using the Help widget so that we can assist you.

We currently do not offer alternative delivery options or expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery method.

Shipments to the USA and Canada may be fulfilled using carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen delays.
For orders shipped to Canada, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS

Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will be shipped once all items in the order are available. This may result in longer shipping times where some items are not yet in stock.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order or backorder items will be provided at the time of purchase where possible. If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated shipping date, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you would like to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those products.
