I ordered 10 of the 12 pocket strap binder in the color black. When they arrived in the mailed, there was no packing materials on the box. The ten binders were just placed in the box and shipped. 6 out of the 10 binders I purchased had cracks, bends, and imperfections on the binding. I brought this up yo container service and they sent me 6 replacement binders. Unfortunately all of the replacement binders had this same issue. After going back and forth and sending all photos and documentation, I requested a refund for those 6 and moved on to a different brand. I don’t think I will purchase vault x products again in the future.
