Have notice on the last couple of binders the picks have been loose and that the cards slip out of the pockets when turning the pages, this is not the norm and generally I’ve very pleased with the ones in the past

Thematic and fits the set well
Amazing product first time getting the 1st edition ones look amazing
The folder is fine but vaultx needs to get a grip on delivery timelines. Waiting months after a set out is asking for competitors to snipe business.
The binder is good, its a beautiful colour however some of the threads on the stitching are loose and it’s taken so wrong to arrive , my chaos rising cards had to survive binderless for too long and have started to bend. :(

Love their binders but recently the turnaround on the pokemon set binders is pretty long. Receiving a binder over 3 months after a set releases is a little crazy in my opinion.

Definitely worth buying. I was able to fit up to 3 small completed master sets in a single binder.

I want to give this ME4 binder a 5-star review so bad, but when the binder arrived 3 weeks after PITCH BLACK (ME5) was released, it is hard to do so. I will continue to pre-order these binders as I really do like how they look on the shelf holding each of their dedicated sets. It’s just sad that I will have to continue to wait multiple months before putting my cards where they belong when new sets are released.
Vault X is the only binder I will buy. Great quality and I love the matching to Pokemon sets.
Moved to new house , tried to change address on order and there website didn’t let me. So now it got delivered to another address. Need to work on a better customer service system. Highly disappointed
Great quality binder, as always. It also matches the ETB really well. Totally recommend this if you’re trying to master set Chaos Rising!
